I had a mixed experience during my stay at Nuvo Hotel Suites. The location was awesome, super close to downtown and just across from a Safeway, making it really convenient. However, the check-in process was a bit weird and the room itself was not as functional as I hoped. While the breakfast was decent, the maintenance issues and poor customer service really brought my experience down.

The room was definitely not well-maintained. There was an exposed broken plug socket and the fridge was practically unusable due to ice buildup. The bed had this awkward platform around it, which I kept bumping into. Overall, just not functional enough for a comfortable stay.
